Healthy granola bars
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of oatmeal
- 80 grams of dates
- 10 grams of sesame seeds
- 30 grams unsalted walnuts (chopped)
- 30 grams unsalted almonds (chopped)
- 40 grams of raisins
- 120 grams of honey
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Then add the oatmeal and roast it for 5 minutes until golden brown on a low heat,
- Blend the dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Then mix the oats, nuts and sesame seeds in a bowl. Then add the dates, raisins and honey and mix until a sticky mixture forms.
- Line a square container or baking tin with baking paper.
- Spread the mass over the base and press the mixture well. Let it stiffen for an hour in the fridge.
- Cut the muesli bars into slices and store them in the refrigerator.
