Healthy granola bars

Duration: 15 minutes + 1 hour cooling time

These healthy granola bars with oats, nuts and dates are deliciously nutritious and naturally sweet. A perfect snack to keep your energy levels up, wherever and whenever you want!

INGREDIËNTEN

Healthy granola bars

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of oatmeal
  • 80 grams of dates
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • 30 grams unsalted walnuts (chopped)
  • 30 grams unsalted almonds (chopped)
  • 40 grams of raisins
  • 120 grams of honey
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Then add the oatmeal and roast it for 5 minutes until golden brown on a low heat,
  2. Blend the dates in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Then mix the oats, nuts and sesame seeds in a bowl. Then add the dates, raisins and honey and mix until a sticky mixture forms.
  4. Line a square container or baking tin with baking paper.
  5. Spread the mass over the base and press the mixture well. Let it stiffen for an hour in the fridge.
  6. Cut the muesli bars into slices and store them in the refrigerator.
