Fudgy date brownies
Ingredients :
- 300 gr sukkary dates
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 250 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 50 g flour
- pinch of salt
- vanilla extract
- handful of walnuts
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
Additional requirements:
- Brownie baking tin 20x20 cm
- Baking paper
Preparation method
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bain-marie.
- Blend the dates and eggs in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the date batter to the melted chocolate and butter, along with vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and bake for 25 minutes at 175°C.
- For the ganache: heat the whipped cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir well and pour over the cooled brownie.
- Decorate with walnuts and put in the fridge for a while. Cut into pieces when the ganache has set.
Once the chocolate has set, cut the brownie into pieces and enjoy!
