Power smoothie with nuts and dates
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- Handful of cashew nuts , walnuts and almonds
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 8 Sukkary dates
- 500 ml almond milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and season with date syrup for extra sweetness.
