Green smoothie with banana, spinach and dates
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 tablespoon ground linseed
- 360 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 8 Sukkary dates , pitted
- 100 grams fresh spinach leaves
Preparation method:
- Place the banana, almond milk, dates, spinach leaves and ground flax seeds in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie between two glasses and decorate with fresh fruit and/or broken linseed.
- Enjoy it!
