Green smoothie with banana, spinach and dates

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground linseed
  • 360 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 8 Sukkary dates , pitted
  • 100 grams fresh spinach leaves

Preparation method:

  1. Place the banana, almond milk, dates, spinach leaves and ground flax seeds in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and decorate with fresh fruit and/or broken linseed.
  3. Enjoy it!
